Managing Director

Rob Ragsdale is a Managing Director at Balentine serving the Research Triangle and mid-Atlantic regions from Balentine's offices in Raleigh.

Before joining Balentine, Rob was a Relationship Manager with Franklin Street Partners in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, serving as investment advisor to both private and institutional clients. His tenure in the investment industry spans more than a decade, managing relationships throughout the United States.

Rob is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He received an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Rob has achieved the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and brings a wealth of financial and tax knowledge to Balentine clients.

Rob lives with his wife and children in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a Trustee of the Preservation Society of Chapel Hill, a member of the Investment Committee of Christ Episcopal Church, and a volunteer for The Lawrenceville School's Alumni Admissions Council. Rob also serves on the board of the Marbles Kids Museum.
