What was the hardest lesson learned and how did you learn it?

I learned that you can not please everyone. I learned this while helping clients in my previous role. Even though you are doing everything you can to help their needs, sometimes they do not understand why you are unable to do certain things for them but you continue to help in the best way you can and hopefully comes to a resolution that they like/agree with.

What inspires you to come to work each day?

To be able to better myself and to continue to grow in my profession and in life.

What is your favorite sport or activity? Why?

My favorite sport to watch is football but my favorite sport to play is soccer. I have grown up playing soccer since I was 4 years old so it has been second nature to me and football has always been something that helps me bond with people and create a lot of great memories over time.

What is the most exotic place you have ever been?

Aruba. The trip was absolutely amazing and Aruba is beautiful. I would love to go back and recommend going to anyone that has not been before.

Who were your heroes growing up and how did that influence your life and career?

My mother and father were my biggest heroes growing up. I never realized how much they did for me when I was younger but now I understand and hope to one day be able to repay them for everything they did for me.
