How and why did you get into this business?

I’ve always been drawn to solving complex problems and understanding how things work. I’m fascinated by the way innovative thinking and data-driven analysis can impact businesses and investments. My curiosity led me to pursue finance, where I could combine my quantitative mindset with strategic decision-making. Transitioning into this business felt like a natural evolution of my skills and interests, and I’ve been passionate about it ever since.

What inspires you to come to work each day?

Each day, I’m inspired by the opportunity to set an example for my kids - showing them what it means to work hard, lead with integrity, and pursue excellence. Working alongside people deeply invested in what they do motivates me to deliver thoughtful, personalized service to every client.

What do you like to do in your down time away from work?

Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family. We stay active with our boys, spending time outdoors and introducing them to new sports. We enjoy chasing new experiences through travel, often exploring new cities to create lasting memories. I also have a deep passion for golf and enjoy a round wherever I can, whether with friends or as a way to recharge. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why I do what I do every day.

How does your role fit in the big picture of serving clients?

At Balentine, I work with clients to help them achieve their complex financial goals. I focus on understanding unique situations, coordinating strategies, and ensuring recommendations align with client priorities. My goal is to provide a seamless, personalized experience that helps clients feel confident in their financial decisions.
