Erin Beasley, SHRM-SCP, is Head of People and Culture at Balentine, where she leads the firm’s people strategy and oversees core HR functions including talent acquisition and retention, performance management, compensation and employee relations. In this role, she closely partners with senior leadership to align a people-first environment with Balentine’s growth objectives. Her team builds the systems, teams, and culture that allow the firm and its employees to thrive.  

Leveraging nearly two decades of experience spanning the full employee lifecycle, Erin brings a people-first philosophy to every aspect of her work. She balances developing long-term workforce strategy and rolling up her sleeves on day-to-day execution, reflecting her breadth of experience and her belief that HR is felt at every level of an organization.  

Prior to joining Balentine, Erin served as Vice President, Head of Talent at MERU. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company in progressive leadership roles, building and scaling people programs in one of the most demanding professional services environments. Earlier in her career, she held people and operations leadership roles at Pure Barre and Lululemon, experiences that shaped her human-centered approach to leadership.  

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia and a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University. She is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). Outside of Balentine, Erin is a founding member of BONDE, a professional networking community for accomplished women, and is active with the UGA Alumni Mentor Program and Georgia Women Give. She is a dedicated supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, having served as Corporate Executive Chair for Atlanta’s Light the Night Walk, honorary chair of Augusta’s Light the Night Walk, and was a nationally recognized top fundraiser in the organization’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign.
