Before joining Balentine, she gained valuable experience at PNC Private Bank where she started as a development program analyst and worked her way up to an investment advisor servicing over $120M in AUM for high-net-worth clients. Liz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

How and why did you get into this business?

I got into the wealth management business because it combines so many disciplines that I felt passionate about: finance, psychology, geography, and more. Relationship building was also something I was looking for as opposed to a more transactional line of work.

What is the most exotic place you have ever been?

The most exotic place I've been is Guatemala! My husband and I honeymooned at Lake Atitlan, which is about 3 hours outside Guatemala City. The lake is surrounded by towns that each have a different personality. We loved seeing the traditional Mayan culture throughout the area and the views can't be beat!

What inspires you to come to work each day?

I'm inspired to come to work each day because I know my teammates and I are going to be working to ensure clients are confident in their financial picture based on the value we can add through proactive advice.

What is your favorite sport or activity? Why?

My favorite sport to watch and cheer for is football. I grew up a huge New Orleans Saints fan. To this day, the Saints determine my mood on Sundays. My favorite sport to play is tennis - I love the competition and being in the sunshine!
