Mitchell Spearman is a Consultant and Senior Family Legacy Advisor at Balentine. In this role, he brings his decades of experience developing deeper ties within multi-generational families by working directly with our Relationship Managers and their clients to guide families along their legacy journeys.

For the past sixteen years, Mitchell has partnered with entrepreneurial families across the United States, Asia, and Europe to connect families across generations to achieve transformative goals. Mitchell has also served as an advisor to single-family office leadership as they build deeper ties and meaningful connectivity with their respective families. He holds a B.A. from Presbyterian College and a Doctor of Law from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
