Our client was a multigenerational family with a first-generation matriarch, a second generation active in the family business, and a third generation reaching adulthood. They required a centralized reporting system with manager diligence, as well as tax planning and single stock management. Family wings with differing goals, as well as assets managed separately, added another level of complication to the equation.The great thing? We’re used to serving as a family’s “quarterback” and bringing the team together. Consolidating outside managers allowed the family to look at all of their assets, in addition to each family's entities.The result?
