We are excited to announce that Monroe Capital, one of Balentine’s private capital partners, was recently awarded the 2021 Senior Lender of the Year and Lower Mid-Market Lender of the Year in the Americas by Private Debt Investor. This is Monroe Capital's 11th such award in nine years from that publication.

To determine the Private Debt Investor Awards, PDI canvasses the private debt space for the managers, funds, and deals that stand out. PDI then narrows the field down to four managers per category and asks the readers of the publication to vote.

Balentine partners with Monroe because of its strong ability to underwrite risk and deliver our clients meaningful return in the form of yield. Our private capital clients invested in Fund IV during 2020-2021.

Less Guidance, More Discipline: The Fed Steps Back

In Q2, Kevin Warsh took over as Fed Chair with a different playbook: price stability first, and no more signaling the Fed's next move.
